Exchange Policy We offer exchanges for: - Wrong products delivered - Damaged or defective products - Size-related issues, where applicable Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit, depending on the case. 4. How to Request a Return or Exchange To start a return or exchange: 1. Shipping Charges For wrong, damaged, or defective products, Chapter Lifestyle will cover the applicable return shipping cost once the issue is verified.
