Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Pakistan, to all major cities and most towns, through our trusted courier partners.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days after payment or order confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 4 business days

• Other cities and towns: 3 to 7 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly during sale periods, public holidays, or due to weather and courier delays that are outside our control.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan, so you can pay when your order arrives at your doorstep. Online payment options are also available for a faster and smoother checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your parcel directly with our courier partner.

Accuracy of Delivery Address

Please make sure your address, phone number, and city are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If you need to correct your address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will usually attempt delivery more than once. If they are unable to reach you, please contact our support team so we can help re-schedule your delivery.
